We’re the Zrowka family, first-generation cattle farmers raising Angus beef in New York’s Butternut Valley. Our beef is pasture-raised and grain-finished, with a commitment to quality that begins with the daily care of our cattle.
We use rotational grazing and low-stress handling, with respect for the animals and the land we steward. Humane care, wholesome nutrition for our cattle, and responsible farming are at the heart of how we raise beef we’re proud to share.
Our goal is simple: beef we’re proud to share with your family, raised with the same care we bring to our own. Our farm-raised beef will also feature in selected menus at our planned farm-to-table dinners, connecting your meal to the farm behind it.
