Every great story starts somewhere. Ours started with a farm, a family, and a vision.
A farm. A family. A beginning.
In 2019, our family purchased what would become Creekside Farms in the beautiful countryside of Morris, New York. What began with a commitment to raising quality beef cattle quickly grew into something much more than we originally imagined.
Like many family farms, our journey has been built on hard work, long days, determination, and a genuine love for the land. From caring for our cattle to improving the property and building our agricultural operation, every step has been a family effort.
Over the years, as our cattle operation grew, so did our vision for the future.
We began thinking about how we could share more of what makes this place special: not just the beef we raise, but the beauty of the countryside, the connection to agriculture, and the simple enjoyment of bringing people together.
That’s how the vision for Sunset Ridge was born.
Coming Summer 2027
A New Chapter for Our Family Farm
Sunset Ridge at Creekside Farms represents the next chapter in our family’s agricultural journey.
Our vision is to bring together the authenticity of a working cattle farm with memorable countryside experiences. From a welcoming taproom featuring New York-made beers, ciders, wines, and spirits to carefully curated farm-to-table dinners, outdoor fire pit gatherings, live entertainment, and private celebrations, we’re creating a place where people can slow down and enjoy something special.
Our farm-raised beef will be an important part of our dining experiences, along with ingredients and products from other hardworking New York farmers and producers.
We believe agriculture has an incredible story to tell, and we want our guests to experience that story firsthand.
These hospitality experiences are still in development for Summer 2027. Confirmed offerings and opening details will follow as plans are finalized.

While our vision continues to grow, our roots remain the same.
Creekside Farms is, first and foremost, a family-owned and family-operated working cattle farm. The cattle still need feeding, the chores still need doing, and the work that started this journey continues every day.
Sunset Ridge isn’t about leaving farming behind. It’s about building on what we’ve worked so hard to create, finding new ways to support the farm for future generations, and sharing a little piece of our world with others.
We want this to be a place where friends gather, families celebrate, visitors feel welcome, and lasting memories are made.
A place where you can enjoy a great meal, discover a new favorite New York beverage, listen to good music, or simply sit by the fire and watch the sun go down.
