We’re planning to welcome food trucks on select weekends, bringing a changing mix of flavors to the farm. Stop in for a relaxed afternoon or settle in for an evening together.
Curated local cheeses, charcuterie, and other snacks will offer something to share while you enjoy the taproom, countryside views, or time with your people.
Food truck dates, vendors, snack selections, and pricing will be shared as opening approaches. Offerings will vary by weekend.

Good food starts close to home.
Our dining vision centers on special culinary gatherings: seasonal multi-course dinners, beef-focused menus, harvest suppers, and food and beverage pairings. Our own farm-raised beef will feature in selected menus alongside ingredients from New York farms and producers.
Many dinners are envisioned as limited-seating occasions, with time for the food, the setting, and the people around the table. We’re planning one dinner weekend each month, June through November 2027, tentatively on the first Saturday. Menus, prices, and reservations will follow as plans are confirmed.

NY Tapped is our planned collection of New York-made beverages. From crisp craft beers and refreshing hard ciders to exceptional wines and small-batch spirits, we’ll celebrate the makers and flavors of the Empire State. Selections and service will be confirmed as licensing, approvals, and opening plans are finalized.
Our planned taproom will pair natural wood, distinctive lighting, and subtle Western character with an easy welcome. Good drinks. Great company. No pretense.
