One special dinner weekend each month, June through November. We’re planning a seasonal gathering that brings our farm-raised beef, New York ingredients, and warm country hospitality to the table.

Our vision is a thoughtfully curated meal with a genuine connection to the land. Our own farm-raised beef will feature in selected menus, alongside ingredients from other New York farms and producers.
Come for the food, settle into the countryside, and enjoy the company around you. Each monthly dinner will have its own menu, shaped by the season.
